Heat Transfers

Heat Transfer is the process of applying a cut film design to a garment. The design is created on the computer and then exported to our Roland GS-24 cutter. The cutter has a small blade and then cuts the design into colored transfer material. Then the material that is not needed is removed from the transfer. The transfer is then pressed with a heat press to the garmet or item. This technique works well for 1-2 color logos and a small number of shirts.

Direct to Film (DTF) New for 2025

DTF is the process of creating a multi color to full color design on the computer. The design is then sent to our Brother GTX Pro printer which then prints the image to a carrier paper. Then and adhesive is then added to image. The image is then heat pressed onto a garmet or item. This process works for many of smaller full color items.
